Request for Canadian Wildlife Federation pollinator-friendly seedlings 2027

Please complete this form to request pollinator seedlings for your school.

Please note that there is a limited supply of seedlings and not all schools will be selected - applications close Wednesday, March 31, 2027, at midnight. If your school is selected to receive seedlings, you will be contacted in April of 2027. In May, teachers will be invited to a centralized pickup event to receive their seedlings. Expect this to take place on a weekday evening.

For a bonus, submit your garden plans to cwfeducation@cwf-fcf.org to increase your chance of getting seedlings.
